Arpitharai.com is the official platform for all initiatives by Arpitha Rai, including:

We are committed to ethical fashion, community-centered impact, and conscious storytelling.

2. Sustainability Commitment

All our fashion products are upcycled, handcrafted, or ethically sourced. We prioritize:

3. Orders

Our garments are one-of-a-kind and created with care.

  • Quantities are limited due to the nature of upcycled design.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and reflect the unique origin of each piece.
  • At present, we do not offer custom orders.

4. Returns & Exchanges (India only)

We accept returns within India only in cases where:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

To be eligible:

  • You must email us at support@arpitharai.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, issue details, and clear photos.
  • We will offer a replacement (if possible) or issue a refund after reviewing the claim.

Due to the limited-edition nature of our pieces, exchanges or size replacements are not guaranteed.

5. Workshops & Events

  • Bookings are non-refundable unless canceled by us.
  • If you’re unable to attend, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance; we may issue credit toward a future workshop.
  • All materials and content shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Arpitha Rai, unless otherwise stated.

6. Content Usage

All visuals, text, designs, and media on this site are owned by Arpitha Rai unless credited.
You may share or cite our work with credit and a link back to arpitharai.com, but you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute it for commercial purposes
  • Use designs or content without written permission

7. Podcast & Media Disclaimer

Content from Rooted by Arpitharai is for educational and inspirational purposes.

  • Guest opinions are their own and may not reflect the views of the host.
